Sane side: Provides a
typical predictable ball rebound. Great for getting started and for some
training exercises. Allows the development of hand eye coordination
skills required for successful participation in sport.
Insane side: Provides an
unpredictable ball return for a ball similar to a cricket ball, baseball
or similar. Fun for everyone and highly challenging no matter what your
skill level. There are a wide range of activities that extend all areas
of visual performance for the elite athletes simulating the
unpredictability of match day. A must for the serious athlete -
but beware, you may become addicted no matter who you are.
And for an even bigger challenge and
variation: Try using a harder ball! The foam filled Level 3
Crazy Catch VisionBall is more insane than the softer Level 2 ball
Crazy Catch VisionBall. A leather cricket ball or baseball is even
more insane. Vary the challenge and match your skill level more
