Please note that if you have recently purchased a new version of any of our Crazy Catch models contact us immediately, (launched Nov 23 2009). There has been a serious safety issue in a retail store with a Crazy Catch unit on display resulting in the amputation of a child's thumb. This is deeply distressing to us and our thoughts are with the family. 

If you have recently purchased a new version of any of our Crazy Catch models please do not use them or allow children to lean or climb on them. We are working with the Department of Consumer Affairs with a product recall. If you have purchased a new design Crazy Catch from a retailer please return it to them and you will receive a full refund. They are quite distinctive compared to older models with having one of the 2 frames coloured either blue, red or green as above.

If you choose not to return the Crazy Catch nets then it is of utmost concern to us. We ask you to please contact us. While we have available safety components that can be delivered on request, this is not our preferred option. Currently there are approximately 50 Crazy Catch nets that have yet to be returned or modified. In the interests of public safety we want to make contact with owners of all of these.

Sales of all new models of Crazy Catch nets have been temporarily halted until further notice. Please note that this product recall only applies to New Zealand.
